Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Lelemon platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by them. For data-handling questions see our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post content you don't have the right to share.
• Misrepresent yourself or anyone else.
• Run events that violate local law in their jurisdiction.
• Scrape or repurpose other users' personal data outside the platform.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant Lelemon a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display + distribute that content as required to operate the platform. The licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.

4. Payments + fees

Where you sell tickets, services, or venue bookings, Lelemon takes a service fee disclosed at checkout. Payouts run on the schedule disclosed in your dashboard. Refund eligibility follows the event creator's published policy.

5. AI features

Where AI assistants are introduced, you remain responsible for the actions taken on your account. The platform may log AI-initiated actions against your account for audit purposes. The full AI policy is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Account Settings → Privacy. We retain a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. We may suspend accounts for breaches of these terms; serious breaches may result in immediate termination.

7. Disclaimer + liability

The platform is provided "as is". Lelemon's aggregate liability arising under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [forum TBD]. Consumer protections in your country of residence are preserved.
